Service Associate – Client SupportAllworth Financial is an independent investment advisory firm providing full-context wealth planning solutions. The firm brings together investment, tax, retirement, estate, and other financial considerations to help clients evaluate decisions in the context of their whole financial lives.The Service Associate – Client Support is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the financial advisory team and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role will focus on assisting with day-to-day client service requests, processing transactions, handling client inquiries, and managing account-related documentation. The Service Associate will collaborate closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality service and contribute to the smooth operation of client services.This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Addison, TX office and requires five days per week on-site.Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as an initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to their needs via phone and emailAssist with scheduling and coordinating client appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and accuratelyProcess client requests, including transactions and paperwork, in line with firm policies and proceduresAssist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experienceCollaborate with custodians and internal teams to resolve client account issues, transfers, and general service requestsSupport advisors with client-related documentation, ensuring all forms are complete, accurate, and submitted on timeProvide notary services for client transactions as requiredMaintain up-to-date client records and help ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systemsQualifications2-5 years of experience in a client-facing administrative role within the financial services or related industryBS/BA degree preferred; high school diploma or GED requiredStrong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleaguesExperience with CRM systems and basic financial software (experience with custodial platforms is a plus)Knowledge of financial services industry practices, with familiarity in processing account transactions or client service inquiriesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client records and transaction-related documentsAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Physical RequirementsWorks in an office environmentRequires extended periods of sitting or standing at a desk, talking on the phone, and typingUse hands, fingers to constantly operate a computer and office equipment, such as copy machine and printerOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.May carry or lift weight up to 10 lbs. in very limited occurrencesBenefitsMedical: Blue Shield (PPOs and HDHP with HSA) plans and Kaiser (HMO) plans for California associatesDental insurance with MetLifeVision insurance with VSPOptional supplemental benefitsHealthcare savings accounts with company contributionFlexible spending accountsFlexible working arrangementsGenerous 401K contributionsExempt associates qualify for our flexible paid time off policyNon-Exempt associates will receive 15 days of paid time off annually during the first three years of employment11 Paid HolidaysOption to participate in our Equity Purchase Program (Contract, intern, and part-time employees are not eligible)Future growth opportunities within the companyIn addition, we work to maintain the best possible environment for our associates, where people can learn and grow with the firm.
