Maintenance Tech

Overview PMI Aspire is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This is a mobile position, responsible for servicing multiple residential and/or commercial properties in the Denver metro area. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. We are a trusted property management group with a portfolio that includes multi- and single-family properties across the Denver metro area, dedicated to providing well-maintained, safe, and welcoming environments for residents and tenants. As a key part of our maintenance team, you’ll perform a wide range of tasks, including general repairs, preventive maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and responding to work orders in a timely manner. Strong communication and time management skills are essential. We value hands-on professionals who take pride in their work and are ready to hit the road to keep our properties running smoothly. Responsibilities Ability to travel between multiple properties throughout the day Must supply and maintain basic personal tools Demonstrated experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge and practice of preventative maintenance techniques Qualifications 1-2 years of maintenance or construction background Attention to detail and organized Must be motivated and have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement may be available) Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 Benefits Health Insurance 401k Schedule 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr Better Talent by Laveer & Co.
