Senior Complex Claims Director, FI & D&O

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) seeks a Complex Claims Director to independently manage high-severity claims for Financial Institutions, D&O, E&O, and fiduciary exposures across NYC, Atlanta, or Chicago offices. You will interact with senior management, underwriters, actuaries, brokers, insureds, and defense counsel to resolve complex matters. The role requires JD and 5–7+ years of claims or legal experience, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to #J-18808-Ljbffr Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance
