Dialysis Registered Charge Nurse
U.S. Renal Care
U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Registered Charge Nurse to lead safe, high-quality hemodialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. You will coordinate patient treatments, oversee unit workflow, delegate tasks to dialysis staff, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, monitoring during dialysis, managing complications, documenting care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary team while supporting a compassionate, patient-first culture.
