In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitorscreating a welcoming environment while providing essential support across the organization. Receptionist Schedule
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday
- Included in the holiday rotation
- Occasional weekend pickup opportunities
Receptionist Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by providing information and service
- Monitor the front lobby and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet and direct guests, vendors, residents, families, and employees with warmth and professionalism
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Maintain the cash box and accurately record resident trust account transactions
- Maintains postage meter and forwards resident and staff mail

Qualifications
Weekend Receptionist Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work as a team member and resolve problem situations constructively
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems, customer service and computers required
- Typing speed of 50 WPM
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks
