Key Roles / Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client inquires across phone, email, voicemail, and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) referrals.
• Route client requests to the appropriate internal team (Credit, Documentation, Legal, Servicing Operations, Sales) and coordinate timely response.
• Conduct outbound outreach on accounts in 0-10, 1112-day past-due window, working with clients to understand their situation and secure payment commitments.
• Provide payoff quotes, billing information, statement requests, and account documentation to clients accurately and on time.
• Document every client interaction, commitment, and resolution in Salesforce and the servicing system, maintaining audit-ready records.
• Monitor open service items, payment commitments, and pending internal responses through to resolution and confirm closure with the client.
• Escalate signals of client financial stress, operational change, or account-level risk to the Director of Collections with supporting context.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to keep the sales team informed of open client service items affecting their accounts.
• Support clean handoffs to the Collections team when accounts roll into 31+ DPD.
• Follow company policies and applicable regulations, including FDCPA, ACH/NACHA, UCC, title practices, and privacy requirements.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Zero to three years of customer service or related professional experience; experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, banking, or specialty finance preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured, in-office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams); experience with Salesforce or other CRM and loan servicing platforms preferred.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and commercial lending concepts preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to commercial lending (FDCPA, ACH/NACHA, UCC, privacy) preferred.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
• Moves throughout the building to access files.
• Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
• Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
