Recruiter/Placement Specialist

We are seeking a Bi-Lingual Recruiter ** ****** to join our growing company. You will perform activities relative to the staffing industry.

** Responsibilities: **

· Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees

· On-board and orientate new employees

· Implement company culture, values and policies

· Provide management with requested reports and documents

· Communicate and correspond with customers.

· Accurately maintain employee files digitally and hard copy

** Qualifications: **

· Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or other related fields

. Ability to recruit through social media platforms

· Knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus

· Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High level of customer service performance

· Word and Excel proficiency

We are seeking an energetic individual with a high sense of urgency. The best candidate can work with many personality types and work well under pressure. The ability to resolve issues and provide solutions is a must. Base Salary plus uncapped commission structure will be offered. Previous experience in the staffing industry a plus!!!
