Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Provide comprehensive preventive care: prophy, perio maintenance, fluoride, sealants • Take and review digital radiographs • Perform periodontal charting and patient assessments • Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and home care • Work closely with the dentist to support personalized treatment planning Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License • Strong clinical skills with a gentle, patient-centered approach • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A team-oriented mindset and pride in delivering high-quality care Compensation: $50 - $60 hourly
