This role partners closely with Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Contracts to drive process efficiency and compliance for purchasing, office management, and other business activities.What You'll be OwningLead implementation of purchasing processLiaison to Accounts Payable for materials invoicesSupport product and program material trackingManage office and corporate housing operationsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency across business operations and workflowsWhat You Must HaveBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in business operations, program operations, or a related role2+ years of experience managing or leading a teamDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with establishing business accounts with a wide range of vendor typesExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to leadershipClearable U.S. Citizenship requiredWhat Would be Nice to HaveExperience running a businessFamiliarity with inventory managementPay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.
