Full Stack Developer III

While this is a remote position, the successful candidate must reside within 50 miles of a FedEx Freight location within the continental US.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

Leads the design, development and implementation of large scale and complex projects, ensures best practices in architecture, performance and security. Codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages. Mentors team members and driving technical decisions. Works cross functionally with product and business stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Designs software code using multiple programming languages.

• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance

• Tests newly developed software code.

• Documents code per the Company's processes.

• Communicates effectively with colleagues, managers, vendors, user focus groups and comments, and other stakeholders.

• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards and is compatible with all hardware and software.

• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools.

• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or directly related work experience

• Five (5) years' work experience in information technology or engineering. A related advanced degree may offset some of the related work experience requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks

• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong programming skills

• Proven computer/coding skills in multiple languages

• Analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills

• Good presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with professionals from a range of technical and non-technical backgrounds

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, including deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities. Salesforce certifications highly preferred, such as Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer II. Strong proficiency in Java for building scalable backend services, integrations, and API-driven solutions. Experience developing modern, responsive user interfaces using React or Angular. Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, including cloud-native application design and deployment patterns. Proven ability to design and implement full-stack solutions, integrating front-end frameworks with backend and Salesforce ecosystems. Experience with API development and integrations (REST/SOAP), including connecting Salesforce with external systems. Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including object-oriented design, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture decisions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex, enterprise-level environments.

Pay Range: $83,799.00 - $160,894.00 per year
