The Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to settlement or trial. This includes client communication, investigation, negotiation, litigation, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence-based claims.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their cases.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and legal precedents.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, either representing plaintiffs or defendants.
• Demonstrated experience handling all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Strong understanding of Florida personal injury law and procedure.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client service skills and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
