What You'll Do:

• Provide and monitor therapeutic administration of oxygen, aerosols, humidification, and respiratory medications
• Apply and oversee non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation support
• Assist with airway management, including artificial airway insertion and maintenance
• Respond to cardiopulmonary emergencies and support patient resuscitation efforts
• Obtain and interpret physiological specimens and data
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy techniques and disease management
• Anticipate patient needs post-discharge and coordinate transitions to home or care facilities
• Document patient procedures and data accurately
• Assist with pharmacy functions such as medication checking and stock management when working in Chaska

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid CRT or RRT certification
• Minnesota Respiratory Therapist license
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and technical proficiency with respiratory equipment

Preferred:

• Recent graduate or 1+ year of professional experience
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare setting
