RoofServ is a fully licensed and insured residential and commercial re-roofing contractor bringing our success from Atlanta (1,000+ roofs installed annually) to the greater Nashville market. Were looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a career with market-leading commissions, sales support and full benefits. Why Join Us?
- High-Earning Potential commission-only with realistic earnings from $75,000 to $200,000+ annually . We guarantee our commission structure is among the best in the industry.

- Sales Training & Ongoing Support to include proven scripts, systems, and sales support backed by a full marketing engine: SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads, and brand-driven inbound opportunities
- Sales-focused role your focus is sales, networking, and customer experience - hiring of Quality Control representatives optional to increase sales leverage.
- Autonomy - Our team is a group of self-motivated individuals and we encourage autonomy and flexibility of schedule

- Generate and manage your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals , supported by company leads.
- Conduct roof inspections and present professional proposals to homeowners.
- Educate customers on products, installation processes, warranties, and insurance claim support.
- Close deals and work with our production team for fulfilment.
- Represent our brand with integrity and professionalism in the Charleston market.
- Roofing sales experience required
- Roofing installation experience a plus, but not required.
- Grit, hunger, and a true eat what you kill mentality.
- A customer-first mentality at all times - we serve our neighbors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, clean-cut, disciplined, and coachable.
- Valid drivers license and serviceable pickup truck.
- Commission-Only (W2) with top earners making $200k+ annually .
- Market-leading commission structure with uncapped potential.
