Inside Sales Representative – Help Homeowners Find Solutions and Build a Rewarding Sales Career

Location: Springfield, Missouri  Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite  Compensation: On-Target Earnings: Up to $70,000 Annually

Ozarks House Buyers is a locally owned real estate company helping homeowners throughout Southwest Missouri sell their homes in a simple, stress-free way. We work in both real estate investing and traditional on-market buying and selling through licensed agents.

We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping homeowners explore their options while contributing to our company's growth.

As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll connect with prospective home sellers, understand their needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our home-buying team.

• Make outbound calls and follow up with homeowners interested in selling their properties.

• Build rapport and establish trust through professional, engaging conversations.

• Ask questions to understand homeowners' motivations, circumstances, and timelines.

• Qualify potential opportunities and schedule appointments for the home-buying team.

• Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

• Consistently manage your pipeline and follow up with prospective sellers.

• Meet established activity, appointment-setting, and conversation-quality goals.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve performance and achieve team objectives.

• Compensation: Hourly

• On-Target Earnings: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on approximately $40,000 in base compensation and $20,000–$30,000 in performance bonuses.

Actual earnings depend on performance and qualifying home purchases. Bonus eligibility and benefit terms are subject to company policies.

• Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or real estate is preferred.

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to handle outbound calls and maintain productive conversations.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to use a CRM and maintain accurate lead records; familiarity with real estate CRM systems is a plus.

• Willingness to learn the company's sales process, qualification standards, and follow-up procedures.

• Must be able to work onsite
