Digital Community Manager

Location: New York, San Francisco or Croatia Type: Full-time About the Role We’re hiring a Digital Community Manager to nurture and grow Daytona’s global developer community. You’ll manage online spaces, engage with users, and create programs that empower developers to connect, share, and contribute. What You'll Be Doing Build and manage Daytona’s community across Discord, GitHub, and forums Engage with developers, answer questions, and surface feedback Organize community events, AMAs, and online meetups Work closely with marketing and DX teams to share content and updates Cultivate advocates and contributors within the ecosystem You Might Be a Fit If You Have experience running online developer or open-source communities Are empathetic, approachable, and thrive on helping others succeed Enjoy creating content, events, or programs that bring people together Can turn community insights into actionable product feedback Bonus Points Background in developer relations or community building at devtools companies Experience with content creation (video, streaming, blogs, tutorials) Contributions to open-source or community projects About Daytona Daytona is building the agent-native runtime layer for modern software development.
