You have a "can do" attitude and are ready to take on any project thrown your way – and that's why you'll have all the opportunity for career growth within our company you want.ResponsibilitiesSupport marketing team membersCollaborate with teams and members within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and proceduresCollaborate with teams and members in other marketing departments on special projectsPromote branding best practicesMaintaining, writing, creating, and organizing marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related collateralSupport project team throughout the proposal process including research and development, production, and deliveryComplete and update prequalification documents, vendor forms, and safety information requestsAssist with identifying, tracking, and coordinating conferences, event planning, industry, and award opportunitiesEnsure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategy, deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mailConduct market research to keep up with changing demographic and other relevant issues to assist with evaluating marketing and communication activitiesAssist with maintaining and updating databaseAdditional research, administrative tasks, and or special projects as neededQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required; BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred1 year of sales or marketing experience preferred, experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction would be a plusAbout UsECS Group of Companies (ECS) was founded in 1988 with the goal to raise the standards of professional engineering consulting.
