Billing Coordinator (Biller) - Hybrid

We're looking for a full-time Billing Coordinator (Biller) to join our growing Medical Billing and Claims team! The Biller prepares and submits claims (paper and electronic) to healthcare insurance companies, inputs patient and service data into billing software, and provides internal support to our clinics nationwide regarding patient charges. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can multi-task like a pro, and is extremely organized! You'll be working with a team of dynamic employees who are passionate about the work they do and are dedicated to the babies we treat. Responsibilities include: Preparing and submitting electronic and paper claims to healthcare insurance companies Accurately inputs patient and service data into billing software Provides internal support to our clinics nationwide regarding patient charges Maintains professional knowledge regarding medical billing and insurance carriers Ensures confidentiality of patient information and other sensitive data Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent 1-2 years' experience in billing and collecting experience High attention to detail required Investigative, curious and problem-solving mindset Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with people from different backgrounds Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task Benefits Package for Cranial Technologies: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401k Retirement Plan 3.5 Weeks Paid Time Off plus 7 paid Holidays Life Insurance Short/Long Term Disability Insurance The pay range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience. This role is able to transition to Hybrid after 90 days in office.
