MedCap Health is seeking a Regional Clinical Director for a fully remote, full-time role guiding consultative services across multiple states. You will lead high-impact clinical strategy, collaborate with physicians, executives, NPs, PAs, and facility teams, and define protocols to ensure quality and compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years NP experience in PALTC/SNF/LTACH, MSN with multi-state license, and a strong background in CMS regulations, value-based care, and care coordination #J-18808-Ljbffr EmergencyMD
