Location: Tampa Bay Area | On-Site | Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts receivable and maintain A/R aging reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
• Prepare and send client invoices promptly.
• Record financial transactions in accounting software.
• Handle cash applications and assist with collections.
• Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional accounting experience required.
• Experience with Sage or other ERP systems required.
• Hands-on experience with A/R, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service approach.
