You thrive on managing complex international onboardings and turning nuanced challenges into seamless customer and employee experiences. You are highly organized, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering high-touch service that helps customers scale their global teams with confidence.Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work OnOwn the full technical and operational setup for international hires, including the execution of employment agreements, statutory policy alignment, local enrollments, and the successful implementation of local benefit enrollments to ensure 100% Day 1 compliance.Identify customer needs during the implementation phase to recommend essential supplemental services, including but not limited to, IT provisioning, background checks, supplemental benefits, and more.Lead high-impact initiatives to improve the customer and employee journey and drive efficiency across the onboarding experience for our workers and admins. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Product to resolve gaps and deliver a cohesive customer and employee experience.Drive process innovation and automation, identifying opportunities to automate and optimize workflows.Act as a global EOR expert, guiding admins through country-specific nuances and supporting their expansions into new markets.Manage timelines and SLAs proactively, navigating roadblocks with creative problem-solving to ensure customer and employee satisfaction. Lead and participate in strategic projects across functions, collaborating closely with teammates and modeling a growth mindset.Advocate for the customer and employee, blending product knowledge with resourcefulness to influence the product roadmap.Support the business with new market expansion by contributing to developing and documenting operational playbooks and best practices for the new country onboarding experience. Simplicity - Be like Einstein: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.”QualificationsMinimum 5+ years in onboarding or implementation, with at least 1–2 years specifically in the EOR industry or international hiring being a plus.Technically proficient problem-solver dedicated to improving product functionality and resolving complex issues.Strong consultative communication skills with a focus on providing clear, actionable guidance to customers.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments.Collaborative team leader committed to mentoring peers and fostering a supportive internal culture.Resourceful and proactive, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion.Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Notion is a plus.Multilingual fluency is a plus.The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $41.35 - $45.49 an hour.#LI-Hybrid #LI-MM3Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
