Role: Quant RecruiterLocation: Midtown, NYHybrid: 4 days in officeCompensation range: $175-200k base plus bonusOur client is a leading global alternative investment organization with a significant international footprint and a reputation for attracting top-tier talent. As the business continues to invest heavily in its quantitative capabilities, they are seeking an experienced Quant Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.This is an opportunity to become a key member of a highly specialized recruiting function that operates as an internal search team. The group is deeply embedded within the business, takes a research-driven approach to talent acquisition, and partners closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring initiatives across quantitative and technical functions.In your role as a Quant Recruiter, you will:Lead full lifecycle recruiting for quantitative research, strategy, analytics, and related technical functions.Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver against critical hiring objectives.Build and maintain deep market expertise, providing talent insights and competitive intelligence to stakeholders.Identify, engage, and attract top quantitative talent through proactive sourcing and market mapping.Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience.Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering guidance on talent trends, search strategy, and hiring decisions.Support global hiring initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of key business areas.Collaborate across the Talent Acquisition team, bringing a hands-on approach and willingness to support evolving hiring needs.The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert within the quant recruiting landscape and play a key role in helping the firm scale its centralized Quant Strategy organization.Key requirements:5+ years of recruiting experience within financial services.Demonstrated experience recruiting quantitative talent.Strong sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement skills.Proven ability to manage searches independently from start to finish.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Competitive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.Prior global recruiting experience is a plus.If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply.
