Water Billing & Customer Care Specialist
City of Romulus
The City of Romulus, Finance Department, is seeking a Utility Billing Specialist to handle water and sewer billing inquiries and resolve customer concerns. The role requires interaction with customers in person and by phone, with emphasis on accuracy and courtesy in billing matters.
