We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations and resident care.

CNA preferred. Home health experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Prior staffing experience in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility required

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage scheduling, call-offs, and daily staffing adjustments

• Knowledge of healthcare staffing ratios and compliance standards

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. This critical role ensures adequate staffing levels to provide exceptional care to our residents.

What You'll Do as a Staffing Coordinator

Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing and support staff
Ensure compliance with staffing requirements and state/federal regulations
Monitor attendance, manage call-offs, and arrange coverage as needed
Collaborate with department heads to address staffing challenges proactively
Maintain accurate records of schedules, time-off requests, and staffing-related metrics

What We're Looking For in a Staffing Coordinator

Proven experience in staffing coordination within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities
