Corporate Incentives Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Incentives Associate to join its corporate practice in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience advising domestic and international companies on expansion or relocation in the US, developing corporate headquarters, and negotiating economic development incentives. This role requires strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior associates and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis. Draft legal documents, including briefs and contracts. Manage complex cases and transactions from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies. Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development and community involvement. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education JD degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research and problem‑solving skills.
