Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing outside and inside salespeople selling HVAC, plumbing, and generator installations. Primary responsibility is to ensure revenue and gross margin percentage are met in the HVAC installation department. Review every sales call to ensure sales process is followed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Use sales call quality worksheet to assign a grade to every proposal.
• Review with General Manager each week. Perform one ride-a-long per salesperson per week.
• Complete sales call quality worksheet and review with General Manager.
• Perform one sales call per week or as directed by General Manager.
• Perform weekly work-a-long with inside sales representative to review call quality scorecard.
• Perform bi-weekly one-on-ones with outside and inside sales staff.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
