Mission Trainer (TS/SCI Clearance)

In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors. What level clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance and be willing to take or pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination. When is this position expected to begin? Using your expertise in training and exercise support, you will provide support to government and military stakeholders for training events, including developing a training curriculum, maintaining training records, managing course information, and attendance rosters. In addition, you will: Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.). Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products. Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government. Other duties as assigned. What experience, training, and education do I need? Team Lead You must meet the minimum requirements: Qualifications as listed below, plus: 5 years experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards. Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences. Mission Trainer You must meet the minimum requirements: Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willingness to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination. Bachelor’s degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years, or associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience. 5 years experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations E. Experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards. Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
