Looking for a  full-time manufacturing opportunity where you can use your hands-on skills and build your experience?
We're currently hiring  Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing company. This is a hands-on position for dependable individuals who are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a production environment.
Previous machine operator experience is preferred, but candidates with manufacturing, production, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on industrial experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Complete equipment inspections before starting production.
• Feed raw materials into production equipment.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Report equipment problems to the Maintenance team.
• Assist other operators and production team members.
• Complete production and equipment records.
• Label finished products according to work instructions.
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What We're Looking For
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written instructions and complete basic forms.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work the required night shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Machine operator experience.
• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Warehouse or industrial experience.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or troubleshooting experience.
• Technical or vocational training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift, move, or drag materials weighing up to 90 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Safely use stairs and folding access stairs.
• Work safely around industrial equipment.
