Job Details Job Details: Our prestigious law firm is eagerly seeking a seasoned Products Liability Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad spectrum of product liability cases, including multidistrict litigation, multi-jurisdictional cases, and coordinated state proceedings. The ideal candidate will be a member of the CA, CO, WA, and NY State Bars and have a proven track record in handling toxic tort cases, depositions, legal research, and class actions. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits. Conduct legal research and gather evidence for lawsuits, ensuring all case-related information is correctly interpreted and understood. Manage multidistrict and multi-jurisdictional litigation, coordinated state proceedings, and class actions. Handle a wide range of product liability cases, including toxic torts. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts. Guide and advise clients in taking appropriate legal action. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing with the CA, CO, WA, and NY State Bars. 2-5 years of experience in products liability litigation. Proven experience with multidistrict litigation, multi-jurisdictional cases, and coordinated state proceedings. Extensive experience in toxic tort cases, depositions, legal research, and class actions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Outstanding litigation skills, with the ability to effectively manage large case loads and balance numerous priorities. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
