Order Entry Specialist

Job TitlePay Range: $21.66hr - $26.66hrRequirement/Must HaveBachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, project management, or commercial operations.Alternatively, an Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.Prior industrial or technical experience is preferred.Organized and structured approach in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Ability to prioritize tasks and activities effectively.Team player with a winning attitude.Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.Prior SAP experience is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.ResponsibilitiesReview customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions.Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance.Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction.Act as the group’s representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect the organization’s commitment to excellence.Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies.Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization.Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle.Drive formal acceptance of orders and contract close-out.Ensure timely payment and resolve any collection disputes.Nice to HavePrior industrial or technical experience.Prior SAP experience.SkillsProject Management.Commercial Operations.MS Office.SAP.Contract Compliance.Risk Management.Financial Oversight.Qualification And EducationBachelor’s degree.Associate’s degree.
