About the Position

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year, outpatient experience required License: Wisconsin Physical Therapist License preferred; pending licenses accepted Certifications: BLS required; Pelvic Floor Certification preferred Must-Have: Experience with outpatient orthopedic therapy; must have charting system experience (Epic preferred) Description: Start Date: 12/14 Shift: 5x8 days, Monday to Friday The facility requires therapists to provide 60-minute one-on-one sessions with no overlapping of patients. All therapists will have their own treatment room. Experience with pelvic floor therapy is preferred. Therapists will be working with a range of patient diagnoses, including orthopedic conditions. The patient care approach emphasizes one-on-one attention and individual treatment plans. Daily interactions will focus on rehabilitation of various musculoskeletal conditions. Candidates must have experience working in outpatient settings. Clinical experience in the following areas is beneficial: cervicalgia, low back pain, post-operative care, and total joint replacements. Candidate must be capable of patient and family education regarding home exercise programs and overall rehabilitation strategies. The facility values interdisciplinary support among team members. The patient demographic includes adults and geriatrics. Compliant submission is essential for consideration. Background checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
