Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Organizational Transformation will provide strategic guidance on growth, partnerships, and investment themes in a remote capacity, contributing valuable insights to advance healthcare innovation. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and founder support Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, enhancing the firm's ecosystem and portfolio support Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, or innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month to board participation and advisory activities Virtual Vocations Inc
