Travel Physical Therapist – Sun City, AZ TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sun City, Arizona. The position requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour days. Responsibilities Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective setting following guidelines. Understand and comply with the respective PT board's rules and regulations and state requirements. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care. Understand and use adaptive equipment. Evaluate patients and create a plan of care. Modify plan of care as indicated based on the patient's condition. Use the Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Requirements 1 year of experience (6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates). BLS certification. State‑specific licensing. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, and bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
