Human Resources Generalist

A growing and well-established organization in the professional services space is seeking an HR Generalist to join its team on a direct-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional looking to work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, employee-focused environment. Schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote) Responsibilities: Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle Lead and administer annual open enrollment and employee benefits programs Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance Maintain employee records while ensuring strict confidentiality Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and organizational needs Provide office management support when senior HR leadership is out of the office Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures Qualifications: 5 years of Human Resources experience Strong hands-on experience managing open enrollment and benefits administration Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion Professional, mature, and approachable communication style Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a generalist capacity Bachelor's degree preferred Experience within professional services, advertising, manufacturing, or SaaS environments is a plus What They're Looking For: A trustworthy HR professional with exceptional judgment and integrity Someone who is caring, team-oriented, and able to build strong employee relationships An individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
