Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinator

I'm currently partnering with an apparel company seeking a Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinator to manage factory compliance, product testing, and quality programs across domestic and international suppliers. This role partners closely with factories, testing labs, and major retailers to ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements.

What You'll Bring:

✅ 3-5+ years of experience in apparel production, testing, quality assurance, or factory compliance

✅ Knowledge of CPSC, CPSIA, CA Prop 65, and product testing requirements

✅ Experience working with factories and suppliers on compliance initiatives

✅ Strong organizational and project management skills

✅ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Experience:

• Major retailer compliance programs (Walmart, Costco, Kohl's, etc.)

• Product testing and audit coordination

• Sustainability initiatives such as Higg Index, GRS, RCS, or GOTS
