Manufacturing Load Tech - 4th Shift Weekend Days

Essential Job Functions Efficiently and carefully place customer parts onto, into or out of baskets, tubs, racks or other containers as required. Immediately bring any unusual problem, irregularity or concern to the HIP Operator, Supervisor or management. Practice and promote safety and good housekeeping. Be aware of environmental concerns caused by the process and report deficiencies to the Supervisor. Perform other tasks as assigned or dictated by the position. Take responsibility for the care and treatment of customers’ inventory, performing duties safely and responsibly to prevent loss or damage. Report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co‑workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism. Qualifications U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card holder, to satisfy ITAR compliance requirements. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification. Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task. Desirable: one year of manufacturing experience. Desirable: crane and forklift experience. Must be able to work 4th shift weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM). May be required to work overtime or other shifts, including weekends. Physical & Mental Demands Work in a standing position for extended periods of time in an industrial environment. Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions. Ability to bend, pull, stoop and reach to perform functions. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Possible exposure to heat, fumes, noise and humidity. Cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions. Effective oral and written communication skills. Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc. Ability to hear in person and by phone. Pay & Benefits Information The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on experience, skills and qualifications. This position is classified as non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal law. This role is eligible for additional compensation, including shift differential, etc., if applicable.
