Copywriter

The Quattro team is looking to hire a talented copywriter to round out the creative team. Candidates must have experience balancing collaborative efforts with focused self-direction. Writers should have provable proficiency in crafting engaging and effective messaging across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, social media, video, long-form advertorial, digital, and others. 3+ years in an agency setting is preferred. A desire to learn is mandatory. Responsibilities Write compelling, creative, and resonant copy for a diverse array of clients, across a diverse array of channels Proofread and edit copy to match client tone and internal guidelines Enthusiastically collaborate with designers, creative directors, and other writers, as well as members of the account, digital, and leadership teams Consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Generate innovative and exciting creative ideas Present your work clearly and passionately to clients and team members alike Actively attend meetings to brainstorm, collaborate, brief, and debrief Meet weekly in person at our Wayne, PA headquarters Research and learn about the fine details of every client and industry we service; become an authoritative, knowledgeable voice for the team Assist with internal creative efforts as needed, leading the creation of blog posts, social content, and web copy Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3+ years writing copy in an ad agency or on an internal marketing team Extensive knowledge of grammar, tone, and style Curiosity about the fine details of our clients and their businesses People skills to respectfully collaborate and charm clients and colleagues Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Adobe Familiarity with emerging advertising technologies: Programmatic, AI, social testing and optimization Comfort with taking direction and absorbing extensive feedback Skill in organic social media planning and execution is a big plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
