Must have excellent communication skills. Must be organized and detail-oriented. Must be able to work with individuals from diverse cultures and personalities. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care in a Long-Term Care setting. The position requires performing medication administration and treatments as prescribed. You will monitor and report changes in resident conditions and complete timely, accurate documentation. Providing nursing care in accordance with facility policies and supervising CNAs on assigned units is essential. Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia patient populations is preferred. Flexibility with scheduling needs is necessary, and every other weekend availability is required. Successful candidates will be proactive, skilled in patient care, and committed to delivering excellent service.
