Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high‑quality Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, modern DevOps practices, and strong experience integrating AI‑driven capabilities, including Agentforce and Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader with a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations and driving engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities Architect and design scalable, secure, and high‑performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements Lead end‑to‑end development efforts across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud Develop and implement advanced solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce Design and build Agentforce agents and AI‑driven features , leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities Drive Data Cloud implementations , including data ingestion, modeling, segmentation, and activation Define and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments Establish and enforce DevOps best practices , ensuring high‑quality, reliable releases Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems Implement and maintain integration patterns using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to data governance standards Optimize application performance, scalability, and usability Required Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including enterprise‑scale implementations Apex development Visualforce Hands‑on experience building Agentforce agents and leveraging Salesforce AI features Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations Proven track record designing and delivering custom Salesforce applications Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Experience with modern DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar Strong proficiency with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Git‑based version control systems Extensive experience with integration architectures including REST, SOAP, and event‑driven designs Technical Expertise Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture , including sharing models, field‑level security, and compliance Expertise in data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management Deep knowledge of coding standards and best practices in: Static code analysis (PMD, ESLint) Security scanning tools (Checkmarx, SonarQube) Unit testing frameworks (Jest) Enforcing code quality gates and maintaining 75%+ Apex code coverage Proficiency in static code analysis, vulnerability detection, and remediation practices Familiarity with performance tuning, bulkification, and governor limit optimization Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Application Architect / System Architect Experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) Exposure to event‑driven architectures and microservices Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $57.30/hour - $89.54/hour.
