Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for couples and family units.

• Provide individual therapy sessions while also facilitating joint sessions for couples and families.

• Address a variety of issues impacting family dynamics, including relationship conflicts, communication barriers, grief, substance abuse, and adjustment to life changes.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to patient wellness.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring a secure and efficient delivery of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient base will consist of individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief, loss, divorce, and communication issues. You will specialize in addressing the needs of diverse populations, including adults as well as children and adolescents, allowing for a broad impact on community mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid LMFT license to practice in the state of California.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• At least two years of post-licensure professional experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Family Legacy Psychotherapy PC, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and skills.
