Receptionist

Become a part of our caring community As a Receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite, you will report to the Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as: You will greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone. You will schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars. You will maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems. You will update patient accounts and collect copays when needed. You will handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information. You will keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized. You will help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination. Required Qualifications One year or more of healthcare, customer service or call center experience. Experience handling multiple phone lines and high call volume. Experience working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Bilingual in English and Spanish Other Qualifications: Value-based care model experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00 Location: Onsite at CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at 2335 E Lake Mead Blvd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
