Executive Assistant

Part-Time Family Executive Assistant Location: Tumon/Tamuning, Guam Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, flexible Compensation: $35–45/hour, depending on experience A private family in Guam is seeking an experienced, trustworthy and highly organized Part-Time Family Executive Assistant for a long-term position. This is a flexible role combining personal administration, organization and coordination with professional advisers and service providers. Most of the work can be performed remotely, with periodic in-person interaction in the Tumon/Tamuning area. Responsibilities Manage appointments, correspondence and follow-ups Organize household, property, insurance and financial records Coordinate with accountants, attorneys, insurance professionals and other advisers Assist with travel planning, reservations and scheduling Track renewals, payments, documents and administrative deadlines Coordinate household vendors and service providers Conduct online research and handle miscellaneous family administrative matters Maintain organized digital and physical files Ideal Candidate Several years of professional administrative experience Background in executive assistance, accounting/bookkeeping, banking, insurance, legal administration or office management preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable with email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and online research Able to work independently and follow matters through to completion High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality Reliable, detail-oriented and interested in a stable, long-term relationship This position may be particularly suitable for an experienced professional seeking meaningful, flexible part-time work rather than a traditional full-time office schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ancient Moon
