Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts ReceivableSpecialistis responsible forthe proper collectionof all accounts receivableina timelyfashion. Responsible for the proper recording of these accounts once payment is received or paid. AssistsExecutive V.P./CFOinadditionalfinancial and pricing capacity. Primary Responsibilities / Duties Corporate Accounting functions, including butnotlimited to: Bank Account Reconciliation, Financial Statements, A/R, A/P. Process cash receipts daily for Lock Box and ACH. Send Weekly ARStatementsand follow up on all Past Due invoicesto verify payment status. Assistwith processing and justify AR deductions from Customers and enter Credit Memos as needed. Assistwith updating andmaintainingpricingsystemin ERPsystem. Enter and send out Weekly Market notifications. Initiate Broker Commission reports monthly. Initiate Customer Accrual reports monthly/quarterly. Help tomaintaincurrent product pricing, monthly and weekly markets inERPsystem. Runs costing reportatthe direction of Executive V.P./CFO. Fileall AR paperwork digitally onserver. Sales support for Customers, Brokers and Internal Sales personnel with Quotes, Pricing Maintenance and Reporting. Compile information from a variety of sources to prepare standard reports and/or exhibits. Deputy forAccountsPayable Specialist. Perform other duties as assigned.
