Ladders is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a field sales team from Nashville, TN, driving regional execution, accountability, and service quality within the Manufacturing & Automotive space. You will recruit, mentor, and align regional priorities with corporate goals while overseeing onboarding and performance management. A valid driver's license and 50% overnight travel are required.
