Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Forest Manor Rehabilitation Services, your day-to-day contributions will include the following:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing history and performing targeted assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Engage with patients and their families to explain diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring clear communication and collaborative goal-setting.
• Implement treatment protocols adhering to evidence-based practices, adapting interventions based on continual patient assessments and progress.
• Document patient care activities meticulously, including initial evaluations, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity benchmarks while maintaining flexibility to address any emergent patient needs.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to marketing efforts that showcase the high quality of care provided in our center.
• Mentor and supervise students from local physical therapy programs, fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
