Job Summary Associate Banker – Emerging Talent Summer Experience Program We are seeking highly motivated individuals eager to start their career in a leading financial institution. In this fixed‑term, full‑time role (up to 10 weeks starting early June 2026), you will represent JPMorgan Chase’s brand, deliver exceptional client experiences, and gain exposure to multiple aspects of running a branch. Job Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings. Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, open new accounts, and comply with all policies, procedures, regulatory and banking requirements. Educate clients on self‑service technology such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and connecting them to the team of experts. Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care. Ability to engage clients, communicate clearly and politely, and anticipate their needs. Ability to resolve client issues quickly and accurately with attention to detail. Ability to elevate the client experience through teamwork and seamless service. Rapid learning of products, services and procedures. Client service experience or comparable experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions. Cash handling experience.
