Job Summary

• The Business Execution Consultant will support advisory account operations by reviewing and processing account setup and maintenance requests. This role requires strong attention to detail, data analysis, reporting, exception resolution, and operational risk awareness.
• The consultant will support daily operational work as well as Activity and InvestCloud initiatives, including report review, data processing, testing support, process improvement, and business requirement analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process advisory account setup and maintenance requests accurately.
• Validate account coding, data entry, and account information within internal systems.
• Review operational and exception reports; research discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Process incoming requests and maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Collect screenshots and support testing, including QA and user acceptance testing activities.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify operational risks, control gaps, and potential process vulnerabilities.
• Support process-improvement and system-implementation initiatives, including Activity and InvestCloud projects.
• Partner with Account Opening & Maintenance, Advisory Operations, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Experience reviewing reports, analyzing data, and resolving exceptions.
• Excel skills, including reporting, formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Operational risk, controls, compliance, or process-improvement experience.
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Advisory account processing, account maintenance, brokerage, or financial-services operations experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or similar reporting tools.
• QA, testing, screenshot collection, or UAT support experience.
• Experience supporting system implementations, business projects, or workflow improvements.

Pay Range: $35 - $38

• The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
