Capture and Proposal Specialist

Supporting the Treatment Technologies team, the full-time Capture and Proposal Specialist will manage proposal development and coordination, as well as capture and business development efforts, in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the development, review, and submission of proposals, qualifications, and related client deliverables Monitor bid portals and track open pursuits while assisting in managing Salesforce records and opportunity qualification Support automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance proposal workflows and reduce administrative burdens on the sales team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred At least 5 years of experience in proposal coordination, capture support, or a related role preferred Direct experience with competitive RFPs, RFQs, and public-sector procurements strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management or CRM systems Experience with AI, automation tools, and process improvement initiatives is a plus
