About This Role The Clinical Coordinator for Inpatient Oncology/BMT/Leukemia at Hackensack Meridian Health is an experienced Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing patient care, facilitating interdisciplinary approaches, and providing clinical expertise in a specialized nursing environment. Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Motivate self and others to deliver patient care aligned with the organization's mission and values. Facilitate interdisciplinary approaches to achieve positive patient outcomes. Advocate for patients in BMT and Leukemia care. Utilize advanced assessment skills to propose interventions based on evidence‑based research. Provide support and act as a clinical resource for staff, monitoring compliance with standards. Develop culturally appropriate health promotion and disease prevention strategies. Coordinate the development of evidence‑based practice protocols and standards of care. Analyze patterns of variance in practice and recommend evidence‑based changes. Identify educational needs of patients, families, and staff, and develop teaching materials. Facilitate and coordinate educational programs, including mentoring.
