Job Description Location: Sonora, CA | On-Site Pay: $28 - $30 per hour | 40 Hours Monday - Friday Insync Consulting is looking for an HR Generalist to join our our Healthcare client team in Sonora, CA. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for managers and staff, providing guidance on employee relations, HR policies, compliance, performance management, and day-to-day human resources operations. What You'll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Conduct initial employee relations investigations and provide guidance on performance management and corrective actions. Support onboarding, employee engagement, compliance initiatives, and performance management programs. Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Assist with workforce planning by providing HR insights and policy guidance. Partner with HR leadership to implement HR initiatives and ensure consistent application of policies. Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. What We're Looking For: Required: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and employment practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred: Human Resources experience in a healthcare environment. Experience supporting managers with employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
