Hybrid Schedule: 3 days/week in office for ramp up period, then 2 days/week in office Compensation: $105-$220K (Total Compensation Commensurate With Experience) Responsibilities Include: Develop and grow relationships with senior-level clients and decision-makers Build and maintain a strong network of high-caliber professionals Identify, recruit, assess, and present top talent Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from business development through placement Develop new business while expanding existing client relationships Advise clients on talent, market conditions, compensation, and hiring trends Become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates Qualifications 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in executive search or a specialized recruiting environment Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships Demonstrated success in business development and/or generating new opportunities Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and closing skills Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Who You Are Driven.
